We probably aren't the most adventurous family in the world, but we have fun, the four of us. The 'adventures' we do have are our adventures, and that makes them special to us.

Richard (husband, dad and one of 7 children himself) is the original 'Wild Guy' and set up this page and the accompanying blog. 

 

One became two in 2010 when Emily and I were married and since then we have been blessed with two beautiful children, a girl and a boy. 

 

Emily and I are both 'country' folk and always wanted to raise our children enjoying the natural world even if we couldn't live 'out in the sticks'. And we don't - live in the sticks that is, not yet anyway - we live in Stoke-on-Trent, a city in Staffordshire, England.
